The company was incorporated on January 31,1988 as a public limited company in Pakistan under the Companies Ordinance 1984 and is listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited The company is engaged in the business of textile spinning and is manufacturing 100% specialized Cotton Combed and carded and Pv/Pc and yarn of course medium and fine counts for export as well as for well reputed and export oriented local buyers. Initial capacity of the company was 14,400 spindles. The company started the process of modernization of the plant & equipment and increased the production capacity to 33468 spindles. The company has state of the art production facilities over an area of 16.5 acres situated at 49-KM, Multan Road, Phool Nagar (Bhaipheru) District Kasur. The company has technically sound and skilled labor force of almost 900 people working under fair, friendly and creative work environment
